These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to, domestic and international courier services, cargo services, and cash on delivery (COD) services.

2. Service Provision:

Nepacouri agrees to provide courier and cargo services in a professional and timely manner, subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

3. Customer Responsibilities:

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including sender and recipient details, package contents, and declared value.
Packaging: You are responsible for ensuring that your packages are adequately packaged to protect the contents during transit.
Prohibited Items: You agree not to ship prohibited items, including but not limited to, hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items restricted by law.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and customs.

4. Delivery:

Delivery Times: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver packages within the estimated delivery times, but we do not guarantee delivery by a specific time.
Delivery Confirmation: Delivery will be deemed to have occurred upon obtaining a signature or other form of acknowledgment from the recipient.
Undeliverable Items: If a package is undeliverable, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you for further instructions. If we are unable to obtain instructions, we may return the package to you at your expense or dispose of it.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Services:

COD Terms: If you utilize our COD services, you agree to pay the specified COD amount upon delivery.
Settlement: We will endeavor to settle COD payments within 24 hours of delivery, subject to our internal procedures.
Liability: We are not liable for any discrepancies in COD payments due to incorrect information provided by you.

6. International Shipments:

Customs: You are responsible for complying with all customs regulations and paying any applicable duties or taxes.
Documentation: You are responsible for providing all necessary documentation for international shipments.
Liability: We are not liable for delays or losses caused by customs authorities.

7. Liability:

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any loss or damage to packages is limited to the declared value of the package or a maximum amount as specified by our internal policies, whichever is lower.
Exclusions: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, and government actions.

8. Payment:

Payment Terms: You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for our services.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, as specified on our website or by our staff.
Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to interest or other penalties.

Tracking Information: We provide tracking information for shipments, which you can access through our website or customer service.
